We are so pleased to introduce Stefani, the newest member of the Absolutely You Event Planning family. She is extremely talented and will be a huge asset to the team. Here's a little of her bio.

"I was born overseas. I have spent most of my life traveling and living abroad. I've been even planning for over ten years and absolutely (no pun intended) LOVE it! Recently married, I am blessed to have an incredible husband. One of the Bible verses that I try to focus my life and marriage on is 1 Corinthians 13:13...And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

I enjoy reading, wine tasting and spending time with my husband and friends and obviously planning events. My favorite movies are The Usual Suspects, both National Treasure movies and One Night with the King.

What music do I like? You name it! Nichole Nordeman, Alison Krauss, Just Jade, Jennifer Knapp, anything Jazz & Blues, Music intended for worshipping God. "

Office Christmas Parties

Tis the season to be busy and I love it. Arizona is a unique location for wedding and event planners. Our busy season isn't the summer like most of our counterparts across the U.S. Our busy season is September through April for the most part and why wouldn't it be? The weather is fabulous giving not only brides and grooms a day to remember, but also guests and corporate employees a well deserved break, especially for those travelling from out of town. In addition to the prime wedding season we still experience the busy holiday season. Christmas and New Year's send all of us in the business into overdrive. The parties are a nice addition to weddings and large corporate events. Here are some pictures from an office "Open House" I planned this past week. We had dueling chocolate fountains, a gourmet coffee bar and wonderful food, music and time with family and friends. Destination Paradise

When looking for destination locations for weddings and corporate events most "beachy" resorts typically offer sand, water, palm trees and amazing sunsets but not much else. I visited the Boca Raton Golf and Beach Resort and was quite impressed. Not only did I walk by multi-million dollar yachts on a daily basis, I also walked by gardens, fountains, golf course views, beautiful, unique ballrooms and a fabulous spa with private pool. This is a resort that can certainly offer the Florida loving client more than just sand. The amenities and staff were top of the line. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Inspiration

I attended the women's dinner at Red Mountain Community church a couple of weeks ago and had so much fun. Each table was sponsored by a woman who was in charge of its design. Each table was as beautiful and special as those women who attended.
